This can,t be done closed or percutaneous ideally, Very good , Have you added ethibond suture to screws in fig of 8 ,,it would have been attached to shaft cortex dynamically.

was there any epiphyseal injury of head??? if not there was no need for screws& if required , they should have been put into metaphyseal angulating down

Dear doc.
Good job.
I would interpret this injury not only as an isolated fracture dislocation but as a soft tissue injury too as there is cuff attached to thr greater tuberosity.
First the injury needs complete evaluation by c.t and Mri without which planning is incomplete.
Function of the greater tuberosity comes from attachement of the cuff.
There is another structure in the joint the long head of biceps which can lead to persistant pai and stiff ness.
