  I know...
  But..
  This design was used by me for the first time,
  & to get a good proximal locking by keeping screw head out of the fracture, a little was left out...
  Patient has no impingement clinically...

  Gopal Goel Pankaj Sharma Nail has to be placed in proper position , i.e. at jn of gt and articular surfacr of head in axis of medullary canal of humerus. LATERAL placement is contraindicated

  Rajasekhar Rao P I never do nailing of hemerus, though everything looks good and fine but some thing bothers me is the protruding tip of nail wil cause subacromial impingement leading to rotator cuff tear
