  Srinivas Daravathu Ya,entry point for TENS in humerus usually is above olecranon fossa posteriorly ,I saw the tips of nails there ,and I thought they were passed retrograde

  Srinivas Daravathu The bone between olecranon fossa and coronoid fossa ,wud be very thin,meaning that tips of these nails are either in one of the fossa ,there shud b some block to either full flexion or full extension

  Ratnakaran Nambiar Normaly the nails are removed after 1 yr. Clinically there was no restriction of elbow movements in this case and hence was acceptable to me
